63rd Kentucky Governor’s Inaugural Parade
FRANKFORT, KY – Staff from Kentucky Emergency Management walked in the 63rd Kentucky Governor’s Inaugural Parade in downtown Frankfort on December 12, 2023. The event preceded the re-elected Andy Beshear and Jacquelyn Colman administration ceremonial swearing-in on the Commonwealth’s capital steps.
